Basically, any day of the week from Monday through Friday is fine, although deliverability starts to decline as your approach Friday and the weekend, according to the Mailchimp report. On weekends, Sunday evenings seem to be the best time to reach your audience even though weekends, as a whole, fair poorly compared to week days according to the Experian Benchmark report.
